We can’t wait to welcome you to Vitality Chiropractic! Once you’ve booked your appointment, we’ll send you a link to complete your new practice member paperwork before you come in for your visit.
Your First Visit
When you walk into our beautiful, inviting practice, we’ll greet you and make you feel at home. You’ll sit down with Dr. Caleb to discuss your health concerns and what you hope to achieve with chiropractic care, and he will explain our approach and how it may benefit you.
Then we’ll conduct a thorough examination, which will include a variety of assessments such as a posture scan, a weight-bearing test, and a neurospinal exam to identify where tension and interference affect your nervous system.
If there are no contraindications, we typically adjust at the first visit. In some instances, Dr. Caleb may feel it is important to get X-rays before performing adjustments—in these cases, we will refer you out for imaging. Plan to be with us for 20-40 minutes at this visit.
Your Second Visit
We’ll schedule this follow-up appointment for a few days after your first visit. Dr. Caleb will review all of his findings from your exams, which he will present to you in a packet so you can see your results.
Then he’ll make his recommendations for your personalized care plan. He’ll talk with you about the frequency of your visits and work with you to create a plan that works for you. If you’re ready to begin, you’ll receive your second adjustment. This visit typically lasts 10-20 minutes.
Many Options for Paying for Care
We accept HSAs and FSAs, as well as credit and debit cards. We will also be happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
